Ramses Black Chased French Safety-Ca. 1920s. This is in beautiful, mint condition. The pen shows no cracks or chips in the cap or the barrel. It shows no oxidation. It has deep and sharp chasing. The pen has a very nice fine, flexible 18cts nib which writes smoothly. It measures 4 7/8" long when closed. The pen is in working order. The nib and feed have been cleaned and a new seal has been installed.
